Gorgeo's Amulet of Accumulation

The fork of gold on the end of the cord, though simple looking is a useful tool. The wielder can multiply an item, but only if the item isn't a prototype or one of a kind. This can also be done on food but only on (dead animals/humans) or plants, the taste is a bit bland compared to the original item but still provides nourishment. Gorgeo made it so that his followers can gorge upon their desires, he has given it to many a corrupt leader. Though the amulet will eventually blind the wielder to anything but their desires, leaving them stuck in their chaotic mess of items. He will take it from the dead wielder and wait for the next one he deems worthy.
