Ira's Axe of Woe

The red blade that drips with blood, this axe was created by Ira as his first weapon. After it gained more power within it and he gained more with those whom worshipped him, he decided to bestow it upon those he saw as either a worthy follower or one whom has the potential to be. He wants to see his wrath spread throughout the world, with his weapon doing so, wielding the axe will fill them an insatiable bloodlust. If it goes too far the wielder will be in a never-ending killing spree until they're either cut down or die from overexertion. Ira only retrieves it upon the death of the wielder unless the being that killed his protégé' has the potential he craves.
